- Yes. We sub directly with builders, architects, and developers for flatwork, stamped and decorative concrete, structural pours, and site work across Grand County. We work from your drawings and specs.
- What's the typical lead time for builder projects?
- Two to four weeks for residential. If we're coordinating with your build calendar early, we can usually tighten that up. Commercial and larger projects get scheduled further out. Season is April through October.
- Is K&R Concrete licensed, bonded, and insured?
- Yes — fully licensed in Colorado, bonded, GL and workers' comp. We can add your firm and project as additional insured. Certificates available on request.
- Does K&R work to architect drawings and structural specs?
- Yes. Rebar layout, pour depth, finish callout, control joints — we follow the drawings. We can also do mock-ups for stamped or decorative patterns before the full pour.

We run one project at a time per crew. Kirk or Ryan reviews your drawings, walks the site, runs the pour, and signs off on the finish. You're not going to hear "let me check with my guys" — you're talking to the guy.
We schedule around your build calendar — framing, MEP, drywall, landscape — so the concrete doesn't hold up the rest of the project. Most residential pours go two to four weeks from approval. Commercial and complex stamped work gets scheduled further out.
